We offer free shipping on all our products for all orders over $100 which makes the shopping experience more streamlined for our customers.

Delivery of Your Items
- Delivery time of purchased items depends on your location.
- Items are only shipped during regular business days, which are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.
In most cases your item will be shipped on the same day if your order if it is received before 10.30 am, we deliver almost all of our products within one working day as we do not “drop ship” we store and build our own systems. If for any reason we are unable to provide you with an item we will contact you and let you know.
Clear Choice Water will accept returns on the following conditions:
- Items must be undamaged and returned within 30 days from day of delivery.
- All return shipping charges will be paid for by the customer.
- If any visible damage to the exterior of the shipping container is seen please do not accept the shipment. Call our Customer Service immediately to handle your issue.
- Upon opening your shipment if items appear to be damaged, please contact our Customer Service immediately for assistance. All damaged items will be handled on a claim-by-claim basis.
