All of our water filters are covered by a minimum of a 1 year warranty, our filter housings are covered by a 1 year warranty as set out below.

1.       Clear Choice Water as the warrantor offer no warranties other than those detailed within.
2.       The warrantor will not be held responsible for any representations which may conflict with this warranty, whether such representations are made by Clear Choice Water or by any independent source.
3.       The warranty is available to original purchase of newly packaged water filter/product units from Clear Choice Water and does not extend to the resale of second hand or demonstration models.
4.       This warranty applies for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase of this product from Clear Choice Water against all defects in material or workmanship.
5.       This warranty is conditional upon the product being installed and operated in absolute accordance to the manufacturers or Clear Choice Water’s instructions.
6.       This warranty does not cover: filter cartridges, disposable inline filters, damage to filters not supplied by Clear Choice Water, damage to filters caused by hot water, freezing. Damage resulting by accident, alteration, misuse, improper installation or operation with a lack of care.
7.       Nothing in this warranty, however shall be construed as affecting any rights under the Trade Practices Act or any other Commonwealth or State Legislation. Any such rights cannot be modified or excluded by agreement.
8.       Clear Choice Water is not responsible or liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the water filter unit or other damages with respect to economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenue or profit or costs of removal installation or reinstallation.
9.       In the event of a claim occurring within 1 years of purchase, the original purchaser should contact Clear Choice Water with proof of original receipt.

10.     In the event a warranty claim is approved clear choice water will provide a replacement item but is not liable for any labour or plumbing costs associated with replacing the item. 

11. Water filters life span depends on volume of water used and water quality as a result we cannot guarantee the life of a filter once it has been used. Flooding, road works or other unexpected events can block up a filter. Filters do what they do best and the life cycle can never be guaranteed. 

Clear Choice Water reserves the right to determine whether or not the fault was caused by faulty workmanship or material defects. When satisfied that a valid claim has been made Clear Choice Water will fix or replace the faulty part in a prompt, professional manner.

Should it be proven that the claim is invalid; the client must pay the necessary service fee in accordance with the standard rates charged by Clear Choice Water.

 

Lifetime Warranty Program

Active Lifetime Warranty

Your Lifetime Warranty remains active for as long as annual filter replacements and recommended servicing are completed by Clear Choice Water Filters.

This warranty provides ongoing protection for the filtration system, including housings, brackets and valves.

Consumable filters and damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, excessive water pressure, plumbing modifications or external factors are excluded.

Taps are not included in the Lifetime Warranty.

Whole of House systems are not included in the lifetime Warranty Program

Warranty Remedy

If a warranty claim is approved, Clear Choice Water Filters may, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective product or component with the same product or a comparable product of similar function and performance.

Unless otherwise required by law, the warranty covers the replacement product or component only and does not include labour, installation, plumbing, travel, freight, removal, reinstallation, consequential loss or any other associated costs.

Where the original product or component is no longer available, Clear Choice Water Filters reserves the right to supply a comparable replacement product.

Warranty Suspension

If annual servicing is missed, the Lifetime Warranty will be suspended until servicing requirements are met.

Lifetime Warranty Reinstatement Program

If your Lifetime Warranty has lapsed due to missed filter replacements or servicing, you can regain your Lifetime Warranty by completing three consecutive annual filter replacement services with Clear Choice Water Filters. Taps are not included in the Lifetime Warranty.

Upon completion of the third consecutive annual service, your Lifetime Warranty will be fully reinstated and remain active provided annual servicing continues to be maintained.

Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. Our Lifetime Warranty Program rewards customers who maintain their systems correctly and ensures ongoing protection, performance and peace of mind for years to come.

The Lifetime Warranty is provided by Clear Choice Water Filters and remains valid only while the business continues to operate and provide service within the customer’s area.

If the business ceases trading, is sold, wound up, enters administration or otherwise becomes unable to provide service, the Lifetime Warranty will terminate without further liability.

Product Replacement and Obsolescence

Where a component, housing, filter head, valve or filtration system covered by this warranty is no longer available, has been discontinued, or replacement parts are no longer reasonably obtainable, Clear Choice Water Filters reserves the right to replace the affected component or system with a comparable product of similar function and performance.

The replacement product may differ in appearance, brand, design, dimensions or specifications from the original product.

Any replacement provided under this warranty shall fully satisfy Clear Choice Water Filters’ obligations in relation to the original product.

The choice of replacement product shall be at the sole discretion of Clear Choice Water Filters.
